Run around cage 5-10 minutes, breaking to do various movements (burpees, sit-ups, push-ups, etc.) and stretches.

Weighted Step-ups (5-5-5-5)
5 reps each leg. Use box that is just high enough so that knee is above hip when in starting position. Hold 2 dumbbells at side while completing. Working leg does all the work.
