CrossFit gyms are popping up everywhere. You never know, one could pop up right down the street from you tomorrow. So why choose CrossFit Roselle?


We’ve been around since 2008, longer than any other CrossFit Affiliate in a 15-mile radius. We started small (our first gym was only 450 sq feet!), and we focused on providing quality training in a small, personable setting. Even though we’ve grown over the years and now occupy a 5000 sq foot facility, we continue to provide the same quality training in a small group environment. That’s how we developed the close knit community you can’t find at other gyms. It’s one of the first things members of other gyms point out when they visit us.


CrossFit Roselle is proud to offer the only Certified CrossFit Level 4 Coach in the state of Illinois. In fact, while there are over 115,000 CrossFit Level 1 Trainers worldwide, Jason is one of only 94 to have obtained CrossFit’s highest credentials. All of CrossFit Roselle’s coaches have been trained underneath Jason, so that means you are in good hands when you step into CrossFit Roselle. Better coaching equals better results, period.

Training Philosophy

CrossFit Roselle’s training philosophy is simple – to improve your general physical preparedness. We want to make you better at life and to be ready for whatever it throws at you. To do this, we don’t focus on strength training or Olympic lifting or gymnastics or running. We mix all elements equally in unlimited combinations to expose you to as many different stimuli as possible. By doing so, we will improve your endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. We will make you better, fitter, healthier.


Why limit yourself to working out inside all the time? Nothing is quite like breathing in fresh air during a challenging workout. We have a 6000 sq foot outdoor grass area with an obstacle wall and 16-person pull-up rig. No other gym around can boast that.

Open Gym

CrossFit Roselle is unique in that we offer open gym during all regularly scheduled classes. Here our athletes can work on additional strength movements or skills, or even get in an extra workout when training for competitions. There is no limit to the amount of time you spend in open gym. The only requirement is that new members must complete 3 months of regularly scheduled classes before taking advantage of open gym.
