With a partner, 25 minute AMRAP:

6 Rounds of:

-7 Handstand push-ups

-5 Power cleans, 165/115

-7 Toes to bar

*Partner A does the HSPU, then B does the PCs, then A does the TTB. Now B does the HSPUs, A the PCs, B the TTB. Continue alternating this pattern until 6 rounds completed, then run 300m together. Continue this way for 25 min.
