30 seconds run in place

30 seconds burpees

30 seconds run in place

30 seconds sit-ups

Skill/Strength

Back Squat (5-5-5-5)

Perform 10 push-ups after each set.

WOD

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

With a partner, AMRAP 10 minutes:

20 push presses

60 mountain climbers (no push-up)

20 box jumps

*only one partner working at a time – split work evenly.
