Dodgeball (No Measure)
5 minutes. 2 burpees each time you get hit or someone catches your ball. 5 burpee penalty for hitting above the neck.

For time:
100 Thrusters, 95#/65#
*Perform 5 burpees EMOTM.

Partner up and get through 100 thrusters for time. Both partners do 5 burpees each round, but only one partner doing thrusters at a time.
