V-ups/DUs/Burpee Box Jump Overs (Time)

5 Rounds for time of:

20 V-ups

50 Double unders

10 Burpee box jump overs, 24″/20″

*Rest 3 Minutes between each round. Rx+ TTB & box facing BBJOs.
