In fact, while there are over 115,000 CrossFit Level 1 Trainers worldwide, Jason is one of only 94 to have obtained CrossFit’s highest credentials. All of CrossFit Roselle’s coaches have been trained underneath Jason, so that means you are in good hands when you step into CrossFit Roselle. Better coaching equals better results, period.

CrossFit Roselle’s training philosophy is simple – to improve your general physical preparedness. We want to make you better at life and to be ready for whatever it throws at you. To do this, we don’t focus on strength training or Olympic lifting or gymnastics or running. We mix all elements equally in unlimited combinations to expose you to as many different stimuli as possible.
