10 Med ball cleans into wall ball shots

1 Minute OH barbell stretch on foam roller

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

5 Rounds, each for time of:

15 Burpees

15 Thrusters, 95#/65#

*Rest 3 minutes between rounds. Scale weight to something you can do unbroken for first round.
