Schedule

Please find our typical weekly schedule below.  Free trials are held Monday through Saturday during most classes.  Please be sure to RSVP for your free trial HERE.  Drop-ins are available during all regularly scheduled classes, but you must secure your spot in class ahead of time by clicking HERE.  Please note that due to limited class sizes, there are no refunds if you are unable to make your scheduled class. Open gym is also available during all scheduled classes.

Monday – Friday:  5:30am, 6:30am, 9am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

Saturday:  8:30am, 9:30am

Sunday:  9:30am – 11:30am (open gym only, no classes)
