Please find our typical weekly schedule below.  Free trials are allowed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays during specific hours (click on link to view).  Drop-ins are welcome during most classes (experienced members pay $20/class or $50/week).  Please be sure to RSVP for your free trial or drop-in HERE.

Monday – 5:30am, 6:30am, 9am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm

Tuesday – 5:30am, 6:30am, 9am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 6pm (Masters/Beginners) 7pm, 8pm

Wednesday – 5:30am, 6:30am, 9am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm

Thursday – 5:30am, 6:30am, 9am, 12pm, 5pm, 6pm (Masters/Beginners), 7pm, 8pm

Friday – 5:30am, 6:30am, 9am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

Saturday – 8:30am (partner), 9:30am (partner), 10:30am (Masters/Beginners)

Sunday – 9:30am – 11:30am (open gym for experienced members only)
