We’ve been around since 2008, longer than any other CrossFit Affiliate in a 15-mile radius. We started small (our first gym was only 450 sq feet!), and we focused on providing quality training in a small, personable setting. Even though we’ve grown over the years and now occupy a 5000 sq foot facility, we continue to provide the same quality training in a small group environment.
