WOD

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 20:

-10 Burpees

-20 DB bent over rows, 10/arm

-30 Abmat/GHD sit-ups

-20 DB snatches, alt arms each rep

-10 Muscle ups

*Sub 10 pull-ups AND 10 dips for the MUs. Record sit-up style and DB weight in notes.
