WOD

A: Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

2 Minutes/station x 2 rounds

-Row for calories

-Hurdle jumps

-Wall walks

-Toes through rings

-Rest

*Go as hard as you can and do as many reps as possible.

B: Dodgeball (No Measure)

5 minutes. 2 burpees each time you get hit or someone catches your ball. 5 burpee penalty for hitting above the neck.
