CrossFit Roselle – CrossFit Kids (Ages 9-14)


Kids Cage Run (No Measure)

Run around cage 5-10 minutes, breaking to do various movements (burpees, sit-ups, push-ups, etc.) and stretches.


Hang power clean + push press (Practice 10 minutes)

use barbells if possible, but sub DBs as needed


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 15 Minutes:

Row 200m

7 Hang power clean + push presses

5 Burpee box jump overs
