High knees, butt kicks, etc. Dynamic.

Dodgeball (No Measure)

5 minutes. 2 burpees each time you get hit or someone catches your ball. 5 burpee penalty for hitting above the neck.

WOD

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In 25 Minutes:

100 Floor wiper buy-in, then AMRAP remaining time of:

-20 Foor presses

-30 Bicep curls

-80 Double unders

*1 Bar/team. Change weight as needed. Post weights used in notes.
