Warm-up

Dodgeball (No Measure)

5 minutes. 2 burpees each time you get hit or someone catches your ball. 5 burpee penalty for hitting above the neck.

WOD

Metcon (No Measure)

Every 5 Minutes for 30 Minutes:

-Row 200m

-3 Wall walks

-6 Pull-ups

-12 Wall balls

*Rest remaining time until next round.
