SDHPs/Ring Rows/Push Presses (Time)
5 Rounds for time of:
– 15 Sumo deadlift high pulls, 75#/55#
– 20 Ring rows
– 15 Push presses, 75#/55#
– Rest 3 minutes
*Rx+ 115#/75# SDHPs, 3 Rope climbs/rd, and 15 HSPUs/rd. Mix and match as desired. Scale weight/reps as needed.
