Agility Ladder (No Measure)
Various agility drills using ladder or hoops.
Dodgeball (No Measure)
5 minutes. 2 burpees each time you get hit or someone catches your ball. 5 burpee penalty for hitting above the neck.
Bear Complex, CFR Style (7-7-7-7-7)
5 Sets of the following:
Without setting down bar, complete 7 rounds of the following:
– Power Clean
– Front Squat
– Push Press
*Rest as needed between sets. Record weight of heaviest successful set.
