High knees, butt kicks, etc. Dynamic.

Skill/Strength

Push Press (5-5-5-5)

Do 10 Pull-ups after each set of 5.

WOD

Metcon (Time)

5-7 Rounds of:

5 Mountain climber push-ups (3 steps + 1 push-up = 1 rep)

10 KB swings

10 Quick feet

*Rest about 1 minute between rounds. Go all out.
